PATH Engineering India Private Limited (PEIPL), spread across 12 acres, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing unit specializing in Metal Beam Crash Barriers (MBCB), GFRP Bars & Thermo Plastic paint. The company has a robust MBCB production capacity of approximately 5,000 metric tons per month, supported by a wide range of machinery including roll forming units, press brakes, hydraulic presses, and a 29 MT capacity hot dip galvanising tank. PEIPL has developed crash-tested designs for W-Beam, Thrie-Beam, and Modified Thrie-Beam barriers and offers products such as standard and crash-tested W/Thrie types, fish tail ends, and RCC connectors. In GFRP Bars, PEIPL boasts a daily production capacity of 40,000 running meters, manufacturing sizes ranging from 6mm to 32 mm using both straight and bent section pultrusion machines. The unit is equipped with a full-fledged tool room and an in-house testing laboratory, with equipment like a 100-ton Universal Testing Machine, muffle furnace, and Barcol hardness tester, ensuring strict quality control. For MBCBs, raw materials are sourced from prime steel manufacturers like TATA, SAIL, and JINDAL, and conform to IS: 2062-2011 and IS: 1852/808 standards with a minimum 550 GSM galvanization. GFRP bars are manufactured and tested in accordance with IRC: 137-2022, reflecting PEIPL’s commitment to high-quality and standard-compliant production.
